Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SlotAI, provided by Toolvana ("we", "us", or "our"). By using SlotAI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of service
SlotAI is an AI-powered scheduling tool that integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar to help you schedule meetings efficiently. The service includes a Gmail Add-on, booking page, and calendar integration.
2. Account registration
To use SlotAI, you must connect your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use SlotAI.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SlotAI to:
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) to recipients.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
4. Free and paid plans
Free plan: Includes 5 meetings per month, 5 team members, and Google Calendar integration. Free plans are provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.
Growth plan ($9.99/month): Includes unlimited meetings, 15 team members, Outlook Calendar, Zoom integration, and custom branding. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for partial months.
If payment fails, we will attempt to retry for 3 days before downgrading your account to the free plan.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of SlotAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SlotAI, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Google API compliance
SlotAI accesses your Google Calendar and Gmail data only to provide scheduling functionality. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
8. Intellectual property
SlotAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Toolvana and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
SlotAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that meetings will be scheduled correctly in all circumstances. You use the service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolvana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SlotAI, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling errors, or data loss.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@toolvana.in.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of SlotAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
