Cancellation & Refund Policy
๐ก Short version: Cancel anytime. No partial refunds. Free plan available with no expiry. First-time purchases refundable within 48 hours if unused.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of SlotAI, operated by Toolvana. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Plan
The SlotAI Free plan is available at no cost with no time limit. There is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan. You can continue using SlotAI on the free tier indefinitely.
2. Growth Plan Subscription
The Growth plan is billed at $9.99 per month on a recurring monthly basis processed through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your Growth plan subscription at any time by:
- Emailing us at support@toolvana.in with the subject "Cancel Subscription"
- Including your registered email address in the request
We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and send a confirmation email.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your Growth plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
- Your data, meeting history, and settings are preserved.
- You can resubscribe to Growth at any time.
5. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Specifically:
- No refunds for the current billing month after payment has been processed.
- No refunds for unused days remaining after cancellation.
- No refunds for forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.
6. Exceptions โ When We Do Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical billing error).
- The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours during your paid period due to our fault.
- You contact us within 48 hours of your first-ever Growth plan payment and have not used the paid features.
To request a refund, email support@toolvana.in with your registered email and reason. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
7. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@toolvana.in before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before any changes take effect.
