Install the Gmail Add-on
Go to Google Workspace Marketplace and search for "SlotAI". Click Install and grant the required permissions.
Connect your Google Account
Click the SlotAI icon in Gmail sidebar. Click "Connect with Google" — your account is linked automatically with no copy-paste needed.
Open an email and schedule
Open any email from a customer. SlotAI appears in the sidebar. Select duration, click "Find Available Times", then "Send Reply".
Customer confirms with 1 click
Your customer receives an email with clickable time slot buttons. They click one — meeting is instantly confirmed and a calendar invite is sent.
