Install the Gmail Add-on
Go to Google Workspace Marketplace and search for "SlotAI". Click Install and grant the required permissions.

Connect your Google Account
Click the SlotAI icon in Gmail sidebar. Click "Connect with Google" — your account is linked automatically with no copy-paste needed.

Open an email and schedule
Open any email from a customer. SlotAI appears in the sidebar. Select duration, click "Find Available Times", then "Send Reply".

Frequently Asked Questions
How does SlotAI detect my availability?
SlotAI connects to your Google Calendar and checks your free/busy status in real time. It respects your working hours, excludes weekends, skips public holidays, and avoids any existing meetings or placeholder holds on your calendar.
What are the [Hold] events on my calendar?
When SlotAI generates time slots, it creates temporary [Hold] placeholder events to block those times. This prevents double-booking. Once a customer confirms a time, all other holds are automatically removed.
How does timezone detection work?
SlotAI detects the customer's timezone from the Date header in their email. When the customer opens the booking page, their browser timezone is also detected. Slots are only proposed during times that work for both parties.
Can I schedule meetings with multiple team members?
Yes. Team members need to install SlotAI and connect their Google account once. After that, they appear in the scheduling card and you can choose whose calendar to check for each meeting. Free plan: 5 members. Growth plan: 15 members.
What happens after a customer books a meeting?
When a customer clicks a time slot, the meeting is instantly confirmed. All placeholder holds are deleted, a calendar invite with Google Meet or Zoom link is sent to both parties, and the booking page shows a confirmation screen.
Does SlotAI read my emails?
No. SlotAI only reads email metadata — sender, recipient, subject, and Date header (for timezone detection). It does not read or store the body content of your emails.

What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 5 meetings per month, up to 5 team members, Google Calendar integration, Google Meet auto-link, AI email drafting, 1-click booking, and holiday exclusion.
What does the Growth plan include?
Growth ($9.99/month) includes unlimited meetings, 15 team members, Outlook Calendar, Zoom integration, custom branding, and everything in the free plan. Payments processed via Razorpay.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at support@toolvana.in with the subject "Cancel Subscription". We'll cancel within 1 business day. Your Growth features stay active until the end of the billing period, then revert to the free plan. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first Growth plan payment if you haven't used the paid features. For other situations, see our Refund Policy.
Zoom & Calendar Integrations
How do I connect Zoom?
Go to booking.toolvana.in/settings. Click "Connect & Use" under Zoom. A popup opens for Zoom OAuth — approve it. Once connected, SlotAI automatically creates Zoom meeting links for all confirmed meetings.
How do I switch between Google Meet and Zoom?
Go to booking.toolvana.in/settings and select your preferred platform. Changes take effect immediately for all new meetings.
Does SlotAI support Outlook Calendar?
Outlook Calendar integration is available on the Growth plan. Connect your Microsoft account via the settings page to enable it.
